These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement — project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

We aim to keep this site accurate, but it is provided for general information. It does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied on as the basis for a decision without speaking to us first.

Pricing

Every figure shown on this site is an indicative range, not a quotation and not an offer. Final price depends on scope and complexity, and is confirmed in writing after a scoping call. Nothing on this website creates a binding commitment on either side.

Example systems and capability demonstrations

Workflows described as example architectures or capability demos are exactly that: representative descriptions of the kind of system we build. They are not descriptions of completed client projects, and no client outcome, performance figure or endorsement is implied by them. Where we publish real client work in future it will be identified as such and published with that client’s permission.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and the Oprio name and mark on this site belong to Oprio. You may read, link to and share it. You may not reproduce it as your own or use the Oprio name or mark to suggest an association that does not exist.

Ownership of work we deliver

For clarity, because it is a question we are asked often: for delivered project work, the client owns the code and the data, on the terms set out in the engagement agreement. This website term does not override that.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
